Valley Precision makes rapid prototypes of sheet metal and machined items with the assistance of our Flow Waterjet Cutting Machine. This machine holds tight tolerances and can be programmed with infinitely complex designs.  We can convert DXF files and PDF files into cutting programs easily with our Computer Aided Manufacturing systems. 

Waterjet cutting allows for extremely complex 2D designs to be cut in flat materials. With capacities up to 6" thick 48" x 48" this machine has a very large work envelope.

This machine projects a stream of water at 60,000 psi and adds a light abrasive which combines to cut any material that can be abraded with sand.

In addition to standard metals this machine can cut materials which frequently pose difficulties for other machines.
